The purpose of our Homeowners Association (HOA) website is to build a stronger, more robust community by enabling the Landings at Cedar Cove residents to connect, communicate, collaborate, and coordinate shared interests by:
• Providing a central source for all neighborhood related issues that is available 24/7.
• Reducing administrative expenses. Not only does a website help relieve the administrative burden on the association Board Members but it also reduces costs for copying, mailing and responding to requests since fewer items have to be mailed.
• Providing a better and timelier communication to the residents. We can inform residents any news or important information about our community ASAP.
• Providing a calendar of the Landings at Cedar Cove community events to keep residents up-to-date.
• Keeping residents informed of safety concerns and events that may impact our community.
• Allowing residents to see “what’s going on” and communicate easier. This gives residents more of a feeling that they are part of the neighborhood.
• Providing a better organization of neighborhood information, newsletters, and official documents to keep both current residents and future residents up-to-date.
• Adding value to our neighborhood. Our website shows the pride residents have in maintaining the quality of their homes and neighborhood.
