The Cedar Cove Community Beach is a private beach which is located at Cedar Cove, a secluded community on the Chesapeake Bay.  The use privilege granted to each resident of Cedar Cove is one of passive use of the beach.  It in no way entitles residents or accompanied guests to abuse the beach area in any way.

FOR USE BY CEDAR COVE RESIDENTS & ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ONLY

Gate Access: The gate is locked with a combination lock.  The combination will be provided to the resident by the HOA President via email distribution list.  To open, input the code, top to bottom.  Make sure it is aligned and the push the button on the bottom of the lock to open.  The code must remain in the lock until it is relocked and then you can scramble the code to secure.  It is imperative that the residents close the gate and lock it after entering and leaving.

DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THE CODE OR LET NON-RESIDENTS IN.  We are trying to control the issues associated with the Community Beach.  Please do not give the code to friends or relatives.  You must personally verify each guest prior to unlocking the gate for them.  Do not leave the gate unlocked to allow your guests in.  If Non-Residents enter, they will be locked in (has happened several times in the past) and will have to call the Sheriff’s Office to open the gate.
