Established in 1989, Landings at Cedar Cove is a unique community located in southern Maryland, just south of the Pax River Naval Air Station, with easy access to the base at gate #3. Surrounded by old farmlands and woods, our community combines the conveniences of modern suburbia with the peace and quiet of the countryside. Landings at Cedar Cove is a community of 95 single family homes with a variety of neighborhood features that include a children’s playground, picnic area, paved jogging/walking trail that encompasses the community (1 mile long), nice wide roads with private driveways & sidewalks with blended curbs at all corners on both sides of the street, mail kiosk, and access to a private beach on the Chesapeake Bay.

We have a Homeowner’s Association with rules and regulations which guarantees residents to have homes that are maintained to a strict standard to assure community harmony and appreciation of your home investment.
